charge of evaluating the work processed by the tech division and implementing technology solutions to meet the

Responsible For
- Overseeing daily technical operations
- AssisCng in training new employees and reviewing the high-performing team
- CoordinaCng with the tech support and development team in building technical solutions and troubleshooting problematic areas
- Analysing tech project briefs, requirements, and deliverables
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to Senior Management
- Developing and assigning work schedules/tasks
- Liaising with the engineering team for project completion
- Reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues
- CoordinaCng with the CTO & Tech Support Engineers
- Scheduling training sessions for new employees and the technical staff
- NoCfying any technical problems to the tech support engineer responsible
- Checking and updating systems and software on a regular basis
- ConducCng periodic security checks/audits
- Using good quality code to avoid loss of resources
- Understanding project requirements and developing a detailed structure
- ImplemenCng best industry practices and coding standards
