Responsible For
Job Description: 1. Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as cleaning, parking, security, plumbing, electricals, masonry, and technology 2. Advising the Residents Association on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Estate 3. Supervising teams of staff across different departments 4. Ensuring that basic facilities are clean and well-maintained, including conducting proactive maintenance 5. Dealing with emergencies as they arise 6. Managing the Estate’s annual budgets as well as other ad hoc projects budget 7. Ensuring that the Estate meets compliance standards and government regulations 8. Planning for the future by forecasting the Estate’s upcoming needs and requirements 9. Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects 10. Ensuring the safety of employees, residents, and visitors to the Estate 11. Drafting maintenance reports
